About the role

Working within the Office of the Executive Director, Strategy and Planning, you will:

• lead the development and continuous improvement of governance, compliance and policy frameworks across The College.
• provide expert governance and compliance advice to support informed decision-making and organisational accountability.
• oversee complaints, incidents, appeals and misconduct matters, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• prepare high-quality reports, briefings and submissions for executive leaders, committees and external stakeholders. 

You will drive reviews, audits and assurance activities to strengthen compliance, manage risk and improve organisational performance.

• a trusted advisor, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• skilled at leading governance, risk and compliance initiatives that deliver practical organisational outcomes.
• an analytical problem-solver who can translate complex information into clear advice for senior leaders and committees.
• highly organised and resilient, able to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The location
This position will be based at our Parramatta City campus, although travel to other campuses will be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.
