    Applications are submitted via the Western Careers site. You will be asked to respond to the relevant selection criteria.

    Shortlisting

    Once the role closes, applications are reviewed by the hiring panel against the advertised requirements. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly and invited to the next stage of the process.

  • Interviews and Assessments

    If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an interview. Depending on the role, additional tasks such as presentations or skills assessments may be requested.

  • Outcome and Feedback

    Following interviews, if you’re successful, you’ll receive a formal offer from our team. If unsuccessful, feedback can be provided to support your future applications.

  • Joining Western
