The Division includes key portfolios such as Property and Commercial, Digital Services, the Office for People, Finance and Procurement, Data and Business Intelligence, and Western Sydney University Early Learning. This team is responsible for managing the University’s physical assets and commercial operations. It oversees the planning, development, and maintenance of campus infrastructure to ensure spaces are functional, accessible, and aligned with the University’s vision. From real estate transactions and leasing to major construction and development projects, the team plays a vital role in creating dynamic, sustainable, and connected campus environments that support learning, teaching, and research.

The Digital Services team provides innovative technology solutions that underpin the University’s digital environment. It delivers secure, scalable, and user-friendly systems that support academic delivery, research, and administrative functions. Key focus areas include IT support, cybersecurity, software development, digital transformation, and network infrastructure. The team enables digital agility, ensuring that systems remain reliable, forward-looking, and responsive to the needs of students and staff.

The People and Culture team leads the University’s human resource strategy and plays a vital role in shaping organisational culture and workforce capability. It delivers expert support across employment experience, organisational development, talent acquisition, safety, inclusion, wellbeing, and workforce transformation. The office uses a matrix approach to streamline services and improve access for staff, leaders, and managers—empowering them with tools, knowledge, and resources. Designed for agility and adaptability, the People and Culture partners across the University to build an engaged, capable, and inclusive workforce.

Finance and Procurement, Data and Business Intelligence, and Early Learning
