  • Full-time ongoing position at HEW Level 7.
  • Parramatta South Campus with flexible working arrangements.
  • Salary: $107,053 – $115,469 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.


Provide high-level executive and project support to enable portfolio delivery and governance across Operations.

The Opportunity
You will provide high-level executive and project support to the Portfolio Management Office, ensuring the effective coordination of strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you will enable efficient executive workflows and maintain professional standards of communication, confidentiality and governance.

You will coordinate executive support services including travel, correspondence and confidential documentation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities. You will facilitate stakeholder engagement activities and plan internal events and forums that support strategic planning and staff engagement.

You will support, monitor and report on project progress using established methodologies and tools. This includes maintaining accurate records within the PPM tool, coordinating data entry, supporting procurement activities, monitoring expenditure and preparing financial reports in line with University policies and legislative obligations.

  • Executive support services are delivered accurately, discreetly and on time.
  • Stakeholder engagement activities support executive priorities and positive relationships.
  • Project milestones are monitored, reported and supported through established methodologies.
  • Financial and procurement processes comply with policy and governance requirements.
  • Records and systems are maintained to a high standard of accuracy and compliance.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in executive support and project coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong written communication skills, including drafting and editing executive-level documents.
  • Proven experience handling confidential information and supporting governance processes.
