Coordinate accessible project activities and stakeholder engagement for research into disability and digital citizenship.
The Opportunity
You will support the delivery of the Australian Research Council Discovery Project, Disability and Digital Citizenship. The project investigates the participation of people with disability in the digital age and advances new understandings of digital citizenship.
You will coordinate project activities, governance arrangements, advisory groups, forums, workshops and fieldwork. You will provide secretariat support, prepare documentation, maintain project records and help ensure milestones, reporting requirements and intended outcomes are achieved.
You will work with researchers, project partners, University staff, community organisations, accessibility providers and other stakeholders. You will coordinate accessible communications, participant requirements, travel, events and research logistics to support inclusive participation.
You will also contribute to budgeting, financial reporting, purchase orders and corporate card acquittals in line with University requirements. Where required, you will provide day-to-day guidance and coordination to Casual Research Assistants supporting project activities.

- Project activities, governance arrangements and reporting are coordinated to agreed milestones.
- Forums, workshops and fieldwork are delivered with appropriate accessibility supports.
- Researchers, partners and community stakeholders are engaged through clear and timely communication.
- Project documentation, records and financial processes are accurate and well maintained.
- Accessible project communications and information resources are coordinated across approved channels.

About You
- A research degree, relevant diploma with project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience working with people with disability or within the disability sector, with an understanding of accessibility requirements, supports and inclusive practices.
- Demonstrated project coordination, organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- High-level digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft 365, databases, content management systems and relevant project-support technologies.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, maintaining records and working with diverse stakeholders.
