  • Parramatta South campus based with flexible working arrangements.
  • Salary: HEW Level 6 $97,693 – $104,713 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.


Provide high-level executive and project support to enable global partnerships and transnational education priorities.

The Opportunity
You will provide high-level executive support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Global Partnerships and Transnational Education, enabling the effective operation of the Office through confidential, accurate and responsive administrative services.

You will manage complex diaries, correspondence and travel, and act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate executive communications, prepare and format documents, and ensure briefing papers and information flows are timely and accurate.

You will also provide project and administrative support across the Office, including research, reporting, event coordination and records management. This includes financial administration, asset and facilities coordination, and ensuring compliance with University policies and systems.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Executive priorities are supported through accurate diary, correspondence and document management.
  • Stakeholders receive professional, timely and confidential responses.
  • Projects, reports and events are coordinated to agreed timeframes.
  • Records, financial transactions and assets are managed in line with policy.
  • Competing priorities are managed effectively with minimal supervision.

About You

  • You have experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation and are comfortable managing diaries, correspondence and competing priorities with confidence.
  • You bring strong organisational and time management skills, allowing you to stay on top of high-volume work while responding calmly to changing demands.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, with the ability to draft, proofread and format executive-level documents and briefings.
  • You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and know how to exercise sound judgement, particularly when handling confidential information.
  • You are confident using office systems and tools to support reporting, records management and day-to-day administration.
