  • Salary: $107,053 – $115,469 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.


Lead inclusive, student-centred learning support across campuses and digital channels.

The Opportunity
The Library Learning Hub Coordinator leads the strategic and operational delivery of the Library’s Learning Hub services, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for students across face-to-face, online chat and phone channels. This role plays a central part in creating welcoming library environments that foster student connection, belonging and wellbeing.

Working closely with colleagues across the Library and the Division of Education and Students, you will ensure Learning Hub services complement curriculum-embedded library programs and align with institutional priorities for student success, equity, academic skills development and digital capability.

You will provide leadership to a multi-campus team, drive service design and continuous improvement, and use data and student feedback to ensure Learning Hub services remain responsive to the evolving needs of diverse student cohorts in hybrid learning environments.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of inclusive Learning Hub services across campuses and online.
  • Ensure consistent, responsive service delivery and effective operational coordination.
  • Supervise and develop Learning Hub Senior Librarians and casual staff.
  • Use data, analytics and feedback to inform service design and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall student experience.

About You

  • A degree in a relevant discipline with substantial experience in library, learning or student support services.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and developing staff in an educational environment.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate inclusive academic and digital skills programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A clear commitment to equity, inclusion and student belonging.
