  • Kingswood Campus with flexible working arrangements.
  • Salary: $85,778 – $97,006 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity
With multiple roles available, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team within the Student Administration and Registrar’s Office. In this role, you’ll help deliver student administration services that are accurate, timely and student-focused, while working within established policies, procedures and service standards.

You’ll be part of a centrally managed, team-based and flexible service environment where work is shared across different functional and discipline areas to support changing service demands and operational priorities throughout the academic year. This means no two days are quite the same, and your ability to stay organised, adaptable and team-oriented will be highly valued.
 

Alongside day-to-day operational support, you’ll also contribute to initiatives and improvement projects by maintaining accurate records and documentation, supporting knowledge management activities, and assisting with process and system enhancements. You’ll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the University to help ensure services run smoothly and students have a positive experience at every stage of their journey.
 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Operational tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Stakeholder enquiries are managed professionally and in line with service standards.
  • Records and data are maintained accurately and in compliance with requirements.
  • Documentation is current, clear and supports consistent service delivery.
  • Continuous improvement opportunities are identified and supported.

About You
You are organised, adaptable and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring a strong customer service mindset, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
 

You will also bring:

  • Relevant qualification or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Experience delivering operational or administrative support in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience using enterprise systems.
