  • Salary: $107,053 – $115,469 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.


Provide high-level executive support and office coordination for the Director, Centre for Western Sydney.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will provide high-level executive support to the Director of the Centre for Western Sydney, managing complex diary commitments, travel, meetings and correspondence. You will act as a trusted first point of contact, prioritising requests and handling sensitive communications with discretion.

You will prepare and coordinate briefings, reports, correspondence and meeting documentation, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions. You will maintain governance records and administrative documentation using systems such as SharePoint, support internal reporting frameworks, and keep the Centre’s priorities and progress visible.

You will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative systems, supplies and workflows run efficiently. You will manage procurement, contracts and compliance activities in line with University policy, and support financial and HR administration including purchasing, invoicing and budget tracking. You will also coordinate strategic events, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities involving University leadership, government agencies, industry partners and community organisations.

What Success Looks Like:

  • The Director’s diary, travel and meetings are managed to meet strategic priorities.
  • Briefings, correspondence, acquittals and reports are delivered to a high standard.
  • Governance records, minutes and actions are maintained and tracked in SharePoint.
  • Procurement and contract processes meet University policy and compliance obligations.
  • Events, workshops and stakeholder engagements are coordinated end-to-end.

About You

  • Extensive experience providing high-level executive support in a complex organisation.
  • Proven office coordination skills managing deadlines, priorities and confidential matters.
  • Experience managing procurement, contracts and compliance within governance frameworks.
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills for briefs, reports and senior stakeholder liaison.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems such as SharePoint and finance/HR platforms.
