    Lead institutional education quality, standards and integrity.

 

Provide executive leadership to safeguard education quality, standards and integrity across the University.


The Opportunity
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for education quality assurance, academic standards and integrity across the University. Working with senior academic and professional leaders, you will ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and alignment with institutional priorities.

 

You will lead the development, implementation and review of policies, frameworks and processes that support high-quality learning and teaching. This includes oversight of accreditation, course and unit quality assurance, academic integrity matters and continuous improvement activities.

 

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, to support a robust quality culture. As a senior leader, you will contribute to University-wide governance, risk management and strategic planning.

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Education quality and integrity frameworks meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Clear, consistent quality assurance processes are embedded across the institution.
  • Academic integrity risks are identified, managed and reduced.
  • Strong stakeholder confidence in the University’s education standards.
  • Effective leadership of teams delivering quality and integrity functions.

About You

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in education quality or regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in academic standards, accreditation and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian higher education regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to influence at executive level and lead complex change.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
