Support web migration, platform adoption and continuous improvement across Western’s digital environment.

The Opportunity
You will support the delivery of the University’s digital initiatives across web migration, platform adoption and continuous improvement. Working within the Office of Marketing, you will combine project coordination with hands-on technical implementation support to help ensure requirements are clear, solutions are delivered effectively, and stakeholders are supported through change.

You will coordinate planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, risk management and release activities across digital delivery work. You will engage with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, support scoping, coordinate reviews and approvals, and act as a key point of contact for issues, dependencies and progress updates.

You will also support the build and implementation of digital experiences, including content structuring, component use, quality assurance and validation. A key focus will be onboarding and enabling users through access coordination, training, guidance materials, troubleshooting and practical support that contributes to a consistent, secure and user-focused digital environment.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Digital initiatives are coordinated end to end, with clear planning, reporting and issue management.
  • Stakeholders are engaged early, requirements are well defined, and delivery remains aligned.
  • Web migration and digital build activities are supported through structured QA and review.
  • Users are onboarded effectively through training, guidance and ongoing support.
  • Continuous improvement opportunities are identified to improve delivery and platform adoption.
