About the role

Working within the Office of the Executive Director, Strategy and Planning, you will:

  • Shape and lead The College's engagement strategy to advance organisational priorities and growth objectives.
  • Build influential partnerships across industry, government, education and the community.
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities for collaboration, innovation and growth.
  • Lead strategic communications, events and engagement activities that elevate The College's profile and impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to strengthen relationships, drive advocacy and create meaningful outcomes for students, staff and stakeholders.

About you
You are:

  • an accomplished leader in stakeholder engagement, communications, partnerships or external relations, with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
  • skilled at building trusted relationships and strategic partnerships across industry, government, education and community sectors.
  • a strategic thinker who can turn ideas into action, leading initiatives that deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
  • an exceptional communicator and influencer, confident providing advice to senior leaders and representing an organisation in complex environments.
  • passionate about creating impact, strengthening reputation and driving engagement initiatives that support growth, innovation and long-term success.

The location
This position will be based at our Parramatta City campus, although travel to other campuses may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.
