  • Hawkesbury campus with flexible working arrangements.
  • Salary: $107,053 – $115,469 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused professional to join our Marketing team as Marketing Operations Coordinator.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on getting things done, stays one step ahead, and can confidently manage competing priorities while keeping projects, people and processes moving. You will play a critical role in supporting the Director, Marketing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a dynamic and high-performing team.

You will coordinate strategic and operational marketing projects, oversee procurement and budget processes, manage operational systems and reporting, and drive administrative excellence across the team. You will also help foster a connected, collaborative and service-oriented culture by supporting team planning, communication and continuous improvement initiatives.

Success in this role requires someone who is reliable, responsive, detail-oriented and forward thinking, a person who takes ownership, follows through, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the way work gets done.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Strategic and operational marketing projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • The Director, Marketing is supported through proactive coordination, follow-up and workflow management.
  • Budgets, procurement processes and financial administration are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Operational systems, reporting tools and administrative processes run smoothly and support effective decision-making.
  • The marketing team is well connected, organised and aligned around priorities and deadlines.
  • Process improvements are identified and implemented to enhance efficiency, collaboration and service delivery.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating operations, projects or executive support functions within a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on actions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Experience managing procurement, budgets, purchase orders and financial administration processes.
  • Strong capability in reporting, administration systems and project coordination tools.
  • A collaborative and service-focused approach with a commitment to high performance and continuous improvement.
