Design, deliver and improve workplace learning that strengthens capability, performance and leadership across the University.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will design, develop and deliver contemporary workplace learning and capability initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and support the University’s strategic priorities. Working within People & Culture in the Operations division, you will use sound professional judgement and autonomy to analyse capability needs, translate them into fit-for-purpose learning solutions, and facilitate learning experiences that are practical, inclusive and aligned to organisational needs.

You will apply contemporary adult learning, instructional design and learning experience principles to shape a professional development portfolio that is evidence-based, accessible and responsive to emerging capability requirements. This includes partnering with leaders, subject matter experts and stakeholders to diagnose performance and skill gaps, co-design learning solutions and embed sustainable capability development practices. You will also design and leverage digital learning technologies, multimedia resources and AI-enabled learning solutions where appropriate to improve engagement, accessibility, operational efficiency and the overall learning experience.

You will evaluate learning impact through data analysis, learner feedback, capability measures and organisational insights, using those findings to strengthen reporting, refine programs and make strategic recommendations. The role also contributes to broader capability initiatives such as leadership development, management capability, talent development, mentoring and coaching. Success in this position will depend on your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain quality in a complex environment, and build trusted partnerships across the University.
